 Northeast Regional Ambulance Service was started by career EMS professionals who have worked in the Northeast Region of Massachusetts since 1990.  It is our belief that the professional responsibilities as medical providers have been overshadowed by 'business' and we are committed to returning that emphasis back to patient care.
