“Our staff, throughout their career with Northeast Regional Ambulance, continually attend our required programs focused on patient care & safety.”
Each and every person at Northeast Regional Ambulance understands the commitment they are making from their first day. We all take great pride in knowing the responsibility that comes with caring for the people we serve every day. Understanding they are the back bone of our organization is the first step to getting the most dedicated professionals.
Our Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians are some of the most experienced professionals in the industry with a Company average of greater than fourteen years of field experience.
At Northeast Regional Ambulance we take great pride in our educational and training requirements, ensuring we are always aware of the latest advances in our field. Our staff, throughout their career with Northeast Regional Ambulance, continually attend our required programs focused on patient care and safety. Some of these programs are highlighted below.
- Emergency Vehicle Operations supported by the National Safety Council
- Expanded Scope Practices for EMT’s
- Clinical rotations in hospitals for specialized treatment i.e. Cardiac Catheterization Units
Ambulance providers ordinarily overstate the qualifications of their staff, stating that they have rigorous training programs and educational requirements. We have learned that for many services, these are merely marketing slogans rather than a true commitment to the development of their staff or to the care of the patients they serve every day.
Northeast Regional takes our obligation to our patients far more serious than any marketing slogan or tag line. We believe that well done is better than well said.
